Our kits are universally compatible with every lining material, including neoprene compounds (even those manufactured by our competition!). IRAPAIR 255 is a general-purpose two-component trowel grade urethane compound. It can be troweled to thicknesses up to 1″ on a vertical surface without sagging, making it ideal for protecting joints in tanks, slurry pipelines, and re-enforcing areas in your system subject to high impact and abrasion. IRAPAIR 255 also offers superior protection from heat, humidity, and moderate concentrations of mineral acid or alkalines.
When extended downtime isn’t an option, IRAPAIR FASTFIX 275 is your go-to for making fast, durable repairs. This high-performance urethane compound readily cures at room temperatures, allowing your equipment to return to service in as little as four hours (with proper surface preparation). IRAPAIR FASTFIX 275 is perfect for conveyor belts, pump liners, or any other metal or lined surface.
