Iracore is the pioneer of non-metallic pipe lining, specifically engineered for the challenging conditions of the Oil Sands. The Iracore system was developed FOR the Oil Sands, IN the Oil Sands, and now stands unrivaled in longevity among polymer materials. Over 170 kilometers of Iracore pipe have been installed, some exceeding 14 years of continuous operations. 

Our patented dual-layer natural rubber and polyurethane system uses advanced urethane compounds specifically developed for your operating conditions. These materials do not have a “one size fits all” approach, so a good understanding of the application’s slurry conditions is always required. The system includes lined pipe spools and pipe fittings ranging from 3” to 72” up to 63’ in lengths.
