IRAPAIR 255 is a general-purpose two-component trowel grade urethane compound. It can be easily troweled to thicknesses of 1 inch on a vertical surface without sagging, making it ideal for protecting against abrasion, heat, humidity or moderate concentrations of mineral acid or alkalines. It is suitable to seal and protect joints in tanks, slurry pipelines, and to re-enforce areas subject to impact and abrasion.
When time is of the essence, IRAPAIR FASTFIX 275 is your go-to for making fast, durable repairs on conveyor belts, pump liners, or any metal or urethane surface. The high-performance urethane compound readily cures at room temperatures, allowing your equipment to return to service in four to six hours.
All Iracore repair kits contain everything you need for making fast, durable repairs. In addition to the two-part polyurethane compounds, each kit contains disposable gloves, mixing and application tools, and detailed instructions for surface preparation and use.
